Denomination: AOC Côtes de Provence, Owner and Collector by les Domaines de l’EOUVE

Harvest : by hand in a box

Vinification : 50% cold skin maceration and 50% direct pressing

Grapes : dominant Grenache, mourvèdre accompanied by cinsault, carignan and a hint of rolle and ugni blanc

Color : slightly pink dress with orange reflections

Nose : white flower with some notes of citrus

Mouth : surely one of the most complex rosé of Provence by its blend of 6 grape varieties. The crisp sensation gives amazing freshness and the art of our maceration develops a delicious fruity side. All this to let you discover a perfect balance with dry fruit, dry apricot with litchi notes and a smooth final.

Pairing food and wine : its richness allows numerous associations as early as the aperitif but also appetizers and summer dishes, marinated scallops, grilled seafood, fish with white flesh, grilles meats and small “farcis” of Provence.

Domaine de l’EOUVE Organic Wine

Harvest : by hand and in a box

Vinification : cold skin maceration for 48h followed by fermentation between 22° and 26°

Grape varieties : Syrah dominance with Mourvèdre and Carignan

Color : purple with deep reflections and a beautiful ruby shine

Nose : note of grilled, spicy, smoked and truffle

Palate : interesting by its association of grape varieties, you can identify the deep black fruitiness of Syrah, the delicate mint side of Mourvèdre and a final truffle note with hints of smoke. Amazing personality, amazing balance and length, suitable for ageing.

Food and wine pairing : perfect with read meat, meat with sauce and strong cheese

Denomination : AOC Côtes de Provence, Owner and Collector

Domaine de l’EOUVE Organic wine

Vinification : cold skin maceration 4 to 6 hours

Grape varieties : Rolle, ugni blanc

Color : beautiful pale yellowish shine white light green reflections

Nose : curry note on a floral side (the Immortal), underlined by a slightly smoky final

Palate : a dry fruit atmosphere, dry apricot, sublimated by a mineral side

Food and wine pairing : perfectly served as an aperitif and throughout a meal, of fish, crustaceans and seafood but also with cheese

Palate : interesting by its association of grape varieties, you can identify the deep black fruitiness of Syrah, the delicate mint side of Mourvèdre and a final with hints of smoke
